As we discussed in class and in assigned readings, the "Happiness" of everyone, including emloyees, is a complex construct. This InterAct uses five variables to inteactively compute a Happiness Index based on common conceptions as to what motivates the construct Happiness.

 

Instructions: Download the Excel file "Happiness" from the class Dropbox on the Home Page. Fill in values for the five variables Compensation...Work-Live Balance. You should readily observe that Happiness is not a linear process, that Compensation while part of Happiness is not the

end-all, but is multidimensional. Note: Enter values for the five

variable that add up to $100 to be able to compare apples to oranges.
